Daisy is our beautiful setter girl who is approximately 14 months old. She was quite a shy girl when she arrived as she had seen little of the outside world. But thanks to love and care from Sinéad, Daisy Doo has come on in leaps and bounds. She loves her walks along the prom in Salthill. She loves going off on adventures and hikes and she loves meeting people, especially if they want to give her rubs and a treat or two. She has made great improvements as she was initially quite shy. What Daisy loves most of all is company. She has suffered with separation anxiety when left alone, she paces and cries, so we are looking for a home that already has a dog as we feel Daisy would benefit greatly from company. Of course, like us humans, dogs like to meet and assess any future siblings to ensure they are well matched.
We are also looking for a home where there are people around most of the time so Daisy can be at her happiest. Daisy has met respectful, young children (7+) and seems to enjoy their company though she was supervised at all times. Daisy travels in the car but is still getting used to it and her foster Mom recommends that she is not fed before a trip out . Daisy is fully house trained and walks well on the lead. All in all, Daisy Doo is possibly one of the sweetest, kindest, fun, affectionate girls you could have the privilege of adopting. A fully secure garden is required and Daisy is, like all our dogs, looking for a indoor lifestyle where she will be treated as one of the family.
If you feel that you can provide exactly what Daisy needs please complete a dog adoption application form.
