Brosna is our small collie girl, approx 12/14 mths old. She was found straying with her friend Barrow (since rehomed) and, from day one, Brosna suffered with shyness and a fear of new things. She has come on leaps and bounds over the last couple of months and is now trusting of those she knows and she absolutely loves a cuddle. But the big wide world will still hold challenges for Brosna as she steps into what is unknown to her so we are looking for a home with lots of patience, understanding and love who can help Brosna along.
Brosna is an active, outgoing girl and as a collie mix she will need to get plenty of exercise. She would be the ideal partner for long country walks or mountain hikes once some basic ground work and patient training have been done at home.
Brosna is the sweetest of girls who just needs to be given a chance to prove that she can become the most amazing and loyal friend. Brosna requirements include:-
*A fully secure garden
*No children under 12, due to her shy nature
*Humans who are willing to allow Brosna the time she needs to adjust and trust
*A quiet home away from the hustle and bustle of city/busy town life
*A chance, that is all Brosna needs. Yes, there may be some extra work involved in getting Brosna to where she needs to be but nothing time, patience, love and dedication can’t solve
Please don’t let her be “less adoptable”. To apply for beautiful Brosna, please complete an online adoption application form.
In compliance with DAFM Legislation, the GalwaySPCA unique certificate number is GPT200022C.
